Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, let us know the reason via our contact form. Make sure you mention your order number. We will be happy to offer you the possibility to change the size, color or model. Our policy is that your items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in its original condition, have all original tags/labels attached and must be in its original packaging. Swimsuits must be unwashed and unworn. Promotional items are not returnable. 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Any returned item received by us outside of the 14 day return policy or in a damaged, worn or unsuitable condition will not be accepted. We won’t be able to give you store credit and we will have to send it back to you and will automatically subtract the shipping costs.
